Facilitating Cultural Change Part 1: Intercultural Leadership, February 11-13, 2019

This workshop is for you if you are:

  • An individual who wants to deepen your skills in having effective conversations that move through the defensive posture of polarization into more effective connections across difference and/or

  • A person who has organizational roles (formally or informally) in facilitating dialogue within your organization or educational institution about diversity, inclusion, and equity and/or

  • A user of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) who wants to deepen your practice utilizing the Intercultural Development Continuum (IDC) as a model to support facilitation and training. https://www.iDiinventory.com

Facilitating Cultural Change Part 2: Leadership for Social and System Change, May 1-3, 2019

This workshop is for you if:

  • You are a leader in an organization or community navigating relationships, strategies and communications for change-making

  • You are invested in deepening your sense of connection to yourself and the lived experiences of other leaders

  • You wish you were more adept at talking openly and explicitly about how you experience, understand and lean into curiosity about other people and cultures

  • You are interested in adding intercultural development to your intersectional movement building toolbox

  • You want to learn models and skills to broaden and deepen your systemic impact
