Our current polarized political climate is increasing stress and trauma for many communities. What is happening in and to our communities is finding its way into our relationships, organizations, and institutions. Many leaders and organizations are wrestling with big questions, including:
What is and can be our role in advancing equity given the external climate in which we are trying to do our work?
How can we effectively facilitate dialogue, learning and action that increases awareness of both ourselves and others in this climate?
How do we productively respond to ongoing events in a way that furthers our mission and clarifies and elevates our deepest held values?
Cost for FCC 1 is $1,200 per participant and includes workshop materials, breakfast and lunch each day.
