People and organizations are seeking new ways to be in relationship, strategize and organize in order to respond to the challenges of this political, social and cultural movement moment. The complexities of systemic racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia and more are driving the resurgence of social change efforts and social justice movements across cultural contexts.
Cost for FCC 2 is $1,200 per participant and includes workshop materials, breakfast and lunch each day.
In this powerful three day leadership retreat, we will wrestle with how to build transformational social change efforts that are:
based on interdependence
strategic working across difference
Join us as we practice noticing, naming, framing and navigating across difference to create systemic transformational change we can bring to scale.
Using the Intercultural Development Continuum, the internationally recognized model used to guide intercultural competence development, and insights gained from social movement theory, together we’ll explore three important perspectives necessary for change: self-awareness, other awareness and social movement context.
This Retreat is for YOU if:
You are a leader in an organization or community navigating relationships, strategies and communications for change-making

You wish you were more adept at talking openly and explicitly about how you experience, understand and lean into curiosity about other people and cultures
